I am a professional fine artist and university lecturer
My work centres around the online world of obscure internet forums, the language used between users and the identities formed within these circles. The pieces use graphic pop imagery of internet iconography that have been recreated by my own sculpting and embroidery to be reformed into a new entity. To generalise my work is an investigation into how the Internet culture has reformed our collective sense of identity.
